CBRE has been selected as the exclusive listing broker for about 156 acres of vacant land at Daybreak Commerce Park. The CBRE industrial team of Rad Dye, Tom Dischmann and Jeff Richards will manage the listing.
Located in the southwest corner of the Salt Lake Valley within the Daybreak community, Daybreak Commerce Park is a business development by the land division of Kennecott Utah Copper. The park totals 225 acres and offers five million square feet of entitlement for commercial use. Rio Tinto and eBay both have projects within the Park, and there are about 156 acres of vacant land remaining available for sale.
