Salt Lake City—Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the lease of the 28,242 square foot Ninigret XII building to Imagine Supply Chain. The building, which will be used as the company’s new offices and headquarters, is located in the heart of Salt Lake’s industrial corridor at 1871 South 4800 West.
Newmark Grubb ACRES Industrial specialist Rob Kingsford represented the tenant, Imagine Supply Chain, in the transaction. Mark Dewald with Freeport West represented the landlord. Imagine Supply Chain is a blossoming new third party logistics firm that has extensive experience in the Salt Lake market.
“This is an example of a local group growing into their own company and another great illustration of local growth in Utah's economy,” said Kingsford. “They had the opportunity to start a new business and they needed a home for it. We had looked at numerous options in a continually tightening market. Patience paid off in the end however because we were ultimately able to find them the right space, with the right amount of square footage, and in the right location.”
