A LongHorn Steakhouse opened Monday at 11346 River Heights Drive in Sourth Jordan. It is the third LongHorn Steakhouse in Utah and one of six to eight planned for the market in the next two years.
The 6,270-square foot restaurant can seat more than 240 guests and is expected to create 80 to 100 new jobs for the surrounding community.
Brett Haney, a 23-year industry veteran, leads the restaurant as managing partner. Haney has worked with LongHorn Steakhouse for 17 years, starting as a manager. LongHorn currently operates more than 400 restaurants in 37 states.
