Lehi—iTOK, a managed services provider of consumer technology adoption services, announced Thursday it has appointed Ken Saunders as Chief Financial Officer. Saunders brings iTOK over 25 years of global financial management, corporate development, and investment management experience for public and privately held companies. He will report directly to James P. Dunn, CEO of iTOK. “We welcome Ken to the iTOK management team, and I am confident that his leadership will be instrumental to our company's success as we continue to grow.”

Most recently, Saunders has served as a senior advisor to SaaS (“software as a service”) and early-stage technology companies. Prior to this role, he was CFO at security analytics software company Solera Networks, through the company's acquisition by Blue Coat Systems in 2013. Saunders has extensive investment banking and private equity experience, and he held senior financial positions during a 10-year tenure with the National Football League (NFL), including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NFL Europe. Saunders holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Sandy with his wife and three children.

Salt Lake City—EnerBank USA, a highly specialized FDIC-insured bank in the home improvement industry, has promoted Kristin Dittmer to Executive Vice President of Finance and Credit. The Bank has also hired Robb Kerry as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. “Her expanded leadership role at EnerBank will help us continue to achieve our growth goals. We welcome Robb to the leadership team, and are excited about what he will contribute to our business.”

Dittmer joined EnerBank in 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Prior to joining EnerBank, she was Credit Card Manager and Chief Credit Officer at BMW Bank. She began her banking career as a Financial Examiner for the Utah Department of Financial Institutions. Dittmer currently serves on the Credit Committee of the non-profit Utah Small Business Growth Initiative and as the Vice Chair of the Utah Association of Financial Services CFO Roundtable Committee. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Provo—Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., announced Wednesday the addition of Edwina D. Woodbury, a 20-year veteran of the direct selling and personal care industries, to Nu Skin's board of directors. Woodbury is currently the president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press and has held several executive and board positions with other companies. Woodbury has served as president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press since 1999. Her prior experience includes more than 20 years in the direct selling and personal care products industries, having served at Avon Products as chief financial officer and in other finance and operations positions from 1977 to 1998. Woodbury has also served on public company boards across several industries in addition to her current service as chair of the nonprofit Medical Foundation of North Carolina. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina.

Salt Lake City—Staker Parson Companies is pleased to announce that Tina Olson has accepted the position of Recruiting Coordinator for Oldcastle Materials Mountain West Division / HR Generalist, effective June 1, 2015. Olson will be responsible for strengthening the day-to-day activities of the employee life cycle with a focus on recruitment and retention.  She will be researching, contacting and meeting with community services, colleges, high schools, employment agencies, recruiters, career fairs, media, and internet sites, etc.  She will also be providing outside sources with organization information, career opportunities and conducting presentations.  Olson began her career with Staker Parson Companies in 2011 as a Human Resource Assistant.  She has been a great resource in administering many of the Human Resources and Payroll support functions. Olson graduated from the University of Utah in 2009 with her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.  She then graduated from Utah State University with her Master’s in Human Resources in 2013.
