ZAGG Inc. appointed STEVE TARR as its COO. Tarr previously served as infrastructure solutions director for Europe and North America at Stanley Black & Decker.
ClearOne appointed RICK STANLEY as vice president of sales for Pro Voice and AV distribution for North and Central America. Stanley joined ClearOne in July 2013 from Muzak, where he served as senior design consultant for the systems integration division.
Kirton McConkie hired DREW CLARK as of counsel in the firm’s telecommunications practice group. Clark has spent his career working in the technology industry as both a lawyer and journalist, and is known as a pioneer in the broadband sector.

The International Society of American Plastic Surgeons selected RENATO SALTZ to serve as president in 2016. He is the founder of Saltz Plastic Surgery, which opened in 2002.

Williams will work closely with current and future residential solar financing providers to provide best-in-class asset management services. Williams joins Vivint Solar from LeaseDimensions, Inc., where he served as executive vice president and COO.
The Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce named RONA RAHLF its new president and COO. She succeeds VAL HALE, who was recently appointed as the executive director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. Rahlf previously served as the managing director of Fishbowl Inventory’s training division.
WES PATTERSON was appointed a managing partner at MassMutual Intermountain West. Patterson has more than 10 years of experience as a financial professional. He is a member of the Weber State Professional Sales Board and a supporter of the Ogden Rescue Mission.
SkyWest Airlines promoted STEVE BLACK to vice president of customer service. He succeeded JIM BOYD, who retired after 33 years with the airline. Black was previously SkyWest’s managing director of safety and quality.
BRIAN LEWIS became president of the Southern Utah Real Estate Investors Association (SUREIA). He is a licensed Utah real estate broker who focuses on purchasing distressed properties and improving neighborhoods.
MICHAEL J. THOMAS joined the St. George office of Durham Jones & Pinegar as an associate. He has experience in a range of industries, including insurance, real estate, e-commerce, entertainment, healthcare and financial services.
Soltis Investment Advisors announced TYLER FINLINSON as its new firm partner. Finlinson, who joined the firm five years ago, also serves as the director of business development. Prior to joining Soltis, Finlinson spent six years at Russell Investment Group, one of the largest institutional investment consulting organizations in the world.
