The Utah Department of Transportation selected Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Sterling Construction Company, Inc as the contractor on a design-build project valued at approximately $22 million.
The project will entail roadway widening and reconstruction of a 6.5 mile stretch of I-15 from the south Payson interchange to Spanish Fork River. Ralph L. Wadsworth will use the services of Michael Baker Jr. Inc. as the lead designer. The project is anticipated to begin this month and be completed by September.
"It is extremely gratifying for RLW to be selected for this project,” said Kip Wadsworth, RLW’s CEO. “It is a testament to our continuing commitment to pursue excellence in the design-build marketplace."
