A 4-Day course providing the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exams.

Your certified PMP instructor (Larry Leach) will help you explore the rationale behind each question and answer, and improve your ability to manage real world projects; not just pass the exam. You will be provided with both study tips and secrets to succeed on the exam. Mr. Leach is also on the PMI certification board and assists in developing the certification exams.
