Utah leaders argue over Utah’s guest-worker law by David Montero The Salt Lake Tribune Published Nov 20, 2012 02:09PM MDT Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff said Tuesday that removing the July trigger date of the state’s guest-worker law would be “a step backward” even as momentum appears to be building towards just that. Shurtleff made the comments during a Utah Public Radio morning program hosted by Tom Williams.
